I was a little nervous to use the PowerTrainer resistance bands for the first time, as this type of training was foreign to me. It started off trying out a 12-week training program with a goal of losing a few pounds, becoming more toned…ultimately bikini-ready. Yes, a mom like myself should be able to wear a bikini with confidence! After the first couple of weeks and feeling stronger with each session, it has quickly become a way of life. I’ve adopted a healthier diet. I make time for my training as scheduled. I’ve picked up running and spinning a few days a week. I lost 10 pounds of body fat in first 3 weeks and have since noticed a difference in a more sculpted, toned body. I feel stronger, more confident in everything I do, and have a ton of energy. Videos are easy to follow. Training simple to understand. I’m now finishing Week 12… And I’m fired up to to keep going! New routine… Change up is good!
